| Dust2 | 16 - 12 (OT) | Decider Map | Vitality |
Map 1 — Cache (13-7 Vitality): MOUZ opened the series on their own map pick, but Vitality’s counter-aggression and multi-frag rounds from ropz completely blunted the offensive pushes, giving Vitality a swift 1-0 advantage.

Map 3 — Dust2 (16-12 Vitality OT): The decider turned into a fierce slugfest with MOUZ pushing the French core to overtime. In extra rounds, ZywOo found two back-to-back opening picks with the AWP on long doors to close out the championship.
